Friday, April 13: Organized match play at Blossom Tennis Center.
Saturday, April 14: Group and private tennis lessons all day at Blossom
Sunday, April 15. Private lessons at Blossom in the morning, Seguin in the afternoon.
My local tennis service area includes New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin and Northeast San Antonio. I specialize in private and group coaching for individuals, families, and teams. I also offer custom racquet stringing services. Thanks for the opportunity to impact your tennis world!

ABOUT COACH SAM: Coach Sam Chadwell has been involved in the tennis industry for nearly thirty years as a player, coach, and community organizer. Sam is currently employed as a tennis professional at Blossom Tennis Center in San Antonio, Head Tennis Coach for Calvary Baptist Academy New Braunfels and is also working in partnership with the City of San Marcos and USTA-Texas to provide player development programs and activities for San Marcos and surrounding hill country area communities.
Sam is a committed Christian and is always ready to give a testimony for the hope that dwells within him. Sam has held numerous rankings and won many awards throughout his tennis career but considers surrendering his life to Jesus Christ as his life's greatest accomplishment. To God be the Glory.

Private Tennis Lessons: Pay as you go: $60/ hour. Lessons can be semi private and you can split the cost with a doubles partner or friend. Family Lessons are also available at the private lesson rate. Unlimited family members = same hourly rate.
Save Money With Lesson Package Deals: $50/hour package price. Must purchase 2 or more lessons in advance. Best deal is $250 for a package of 6 hours.

Organized, supervised singles and doubles match play and fun games.
Time: 2:30 to 4:30 PM. Cost $75 for all 5 days, or $20/day pay as you go after Feb 24.

The Calvary Baptist Academy Firebirds recently completed a very successful 2017 spring season winning 8 medals at their State Meet. The 2018 season is just getting underway. February 2018 Update: Practices are Mondays, 6-7:15 PM at Rio Vista Park in San Marcos. Spring tennis season runs Feb 12 through April 21.
Home schoolers are welcome to join our team. No experience necessary. We will teach you how to play. Contact Coach Sam at 713-818-9109 to schedule a try out.
Match Play will be held on selected Saturdays at Blossom Tennis Center. Contact Coach Sam directly if you would like more information about how to join the Calvary Baptist Academy Tennis Team.
Our Home Facility for scrimmages and dual matches is Blossom Tennis Center, 12002 Jones-Maltsberger Rd, San Antonio, Tx 78216. Our practice facility is Rio Vista Park, San Marcos.
The CBA tennis team does not have official practices scheduled in the summer and fall, but players interested to join the CBA spring tennis season are encouraged to practice on their own year round to achieve the best possible results. Check with Coach Sam for off season training options like Junior Team Tennis, private lessons, and other local extra curricular tennis events. Let's Go, Firebirds!

Home School Tennis is one of Coach Sam's great passions. He has been working in home school communities since the 1990's and is a home school parent, himself. The core tenant of home school tennis is games based fun family time in a relaxed tennis environment. Cost for a four group lesson package is $50 for an individual and $75 for a family age 8 through adult. Separate classes can also be organized for children age 5-7. Loaner racquets are also available. Spring sessions are just getting underway, but you can get started any time. And if you don't see a time slot or lesson location that fits your family's needs contact Sam about other events and options. Let's Play Tennis!
